8/1 – DC-Based Radio One Gets Second Nasdaq Warning

Two weeks after Nasdaq said Radio One’s Class D common stock faces potential delisting, the exchange has issued a similar warning for the more commonly held Class A shares. The reason is the same: the stock price has failed to remain above the minimum $1 per share price for 30 days. Radio One has until next January to regain compliance for both classes of stock.
