Friday’s NASCAR Nationwide Series Subway Jalapeño 250 earned a 1.3 U.S. rating and 2.085 million viewers on ESPN, down 24% in ratings and 19% in viewership from last year (1.7, 2.575M), but flat in ratings and up 5% in viewership compared to 2009 (1.3, 1.989M). Last year’s race was the most-viewed Nationwide Series telecast ever on ESPN, according to SMW.
