6/10 – Analyst Says Groupon Overvalued

Forrester Research analyst Sucharita Mulpuru has come to a conclusion that many in radio may have already made: the $20 billion valuation of e-tailing website Groupon is inflated. “There is no rational math that could possibly get anyone to the valuation Groupon thinks it deserves,” he writes in a report to investors. Mulpuru thinks Groupon is worth closer to $2 billion.
