Shar Pourdanesh, former offensive lineman for the Redskins, Steelers, and Raiders from 1996 to 2001, today said on The Sports Junkies on 106.7 the Fan in DC, that head coach Norv Turner was always nervous and had trouble calling offensive plays when his teams were losing. Pourdanesh, who played for Turner when with the Redskins, said Turner was the best in the NFL calling offensive plays when his teams were ahead, but if the team was down late in the fourth quarter, Turner seemed lost.
