The 2012 NFL regular season is officially here and it’s time to get ‘Back to Football!’NFL GameDay Kickoff previews the opening game between the Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants, as well as the rest of the Week 1 games Wednesday, September 5 at 4:00 PM ET on NFL Network.

NFL Network is on-location in New York as the defending Super Bowl champion Giants open the regular season against the division-rival Cowboys. U.S. Olympic Gold Medal-winning swimmer Ryan Lochte stops by the studios to talk about his experience at the Summer Olympics in London earlier this summer. A University of Florida alum, Lochte also talks about a number of former Gators now playing in the NFL, including New York Jets quarterback Tim Tebow and New England Patriots running back Jeff Demps.
