NEW YORK – June 26, 2012 – Sirius XM Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI) announced today that Mad Dog Radio personality Dino Costa and former college basketball coach Steve Lappas will team up to host a special edition of The Dino Costa Show live from the NBA Draft on Thursday, June 28 (7:00 pm ET/4:00 pm PT), on Mad Dog Radio, SiriusXM channel 86.
Mad Dog Radio listeners will hear live coverage from the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ, as Costa and Lappas analyze each pick, interview draftees, and take calls from NBA fans around the country for reaction to their team’s performance on Draft night.
The Dino Costa Show airs nationwide every weeknight (7:00–11:00 pm ET/4:00-8:00 pm PT) on Mad Dog Radio, featuring Costa’s distinctive and compelling take on what’s happening in the world of sports and beyond.
Steve Lappas was the head coach at Manhattan College, Villanova University and the University of Massachusetts between 1988 and 2005 and brings to SiriusXM an expert’s take on the talent that will be selected on Draft night and their potential impact on NBA rosters.
