Former NBA analyst Doug Collins, currently coaching the Philadelphia 76ers, is heading back to the broadcast booth. Collins will serve as an analyst for the 2012 London Olympics on NBC, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported Saturday. The assignment will be the first for Collins since he left TNT to return to the coaching ranks in 2010. A familiar face on television, Collins served as an NBA analyst for Turner Sports from 1989 to 1995, NBC from 1998 to 2001, and Turner Sports again from 2004 to 2010.
