U.S. car sales are improving, but Sirius XM Radio is forecasting more modest subscriber growth this year. The company expects to add 1.3 million new users in 2012, which, if accurate, would be the smallest increase since the recession when its user base shrank. CEO Mel Karmazin says its forecast is “tempered” by the price increase that took effect last month, according to Inside Radio.
