Steve Kolbe, who spent 14 seasons as the radio play-by-play voice of the Washington Capitals, joins the Jacksonville Suns as its radio play-by-play announcer. The Suns are the AA affiliate of the Miami Marlins. Kolbe was replaced by the Capitals in August with John Walton.
