Despite hefty competition from the NBA Finals, coverage of the 2011 Gold Cup managed to attract a solid audience on Univision Thursday night. The Mexico/Cuba Gold Cup match drew 4.858 million viewers on Univision Thursday night. The match was the night’s #2 program among adults 18-34, men 18-34 and men 18-49, behind only Game 5 of the NBA Finals, according to SMW.
