Thursday Night Football – Giants vs. Redskins at 8:25 PM ET on CBS & NFL Network

Thursday Night Football on CBS and NFL Network kicks off Thursday, October 2 at 8:25 PM ET when quarterback Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers host quarterback Teddy Bridgewater and the Minnesota Vikings. Play-by-play announcer Jim Nantz and analyst Phil Simms have the call, with Tracy Wolfson providing reports from the sideline.

Coverage begins at 6:00 PM ET with NFL Total Access Kickoff on NFL Network. Host Rich Eisen and analysts Marshall Faulk and Steve Mariucci are live outside Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin to provide analysis of Vikings-Packers and highlight the atmosphere and festivities outside the stadium.

At 7:30 PM ET on NFL Network and CBS, James Brown, Deion Sanders and Bill Cowher host NFL Thursday Night Kickoff from inside the stadium. Eisen, Irvin, Faulk and Mariucci will also appear on the show.

During halftime, Brown, Sanders and Cowher host the Lexus Halftime Show on CBS, providing first half highlights and analysis. Following the game, Eisen, Irvin, Faulk, Mariucci and Sanders host the Mazda Postgame Show, which features complete game highlights and analysis, as well as on-set interviews with players from the winning team.

 

Finding Giants – Premieres TONIGHT at 9:00 PM ET

Before an NFL team can achieve success on the field, it is up to the hard work of the team’s scouts to scour the country to find the future players of the organization. For the first time ever, NFL Network – in association with NFL Films and Moondog Films – provides a behind-the-scenes look into the lives of professional scouts and follows the long process of what it takes to build a championship team.

NFL Network presents Finding Giants, a four-part series premiering Tuesday, September 30 at 9:00 PM ET and airing each Tuesday through October 21. All four episodes provide an intimate look into the New York Giants organization, one of the most successful NFL franchises with eight championship titles, including four Super Bowls. Each week on NFL Network, a first look of the new episode will air following theThursday Night Football game, beginning Thursday, September 25 following the Giants-Redskins game. Digitally, Finding Giants will be made available on NFL Now through the service’s premium tier, NFL Now Plus. ($1.99 per month)

On NFL Now Plus, the full six-episode, “director’s cut” edition of Finding Giants will be available. Warren Moon: A Football Life – Friday at 9:00 PM ET

Warren Moon’s career is a living example of the adage great things come to those who wait. The Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback was told he could not play the position by Arizona State, had to play at the junior college level before leading the University of Washington to a Rose Bowl victory, and had to play six seasons in the Canadian Football League before making it to the NFL.

NFL Network’s series A Football Life continues Friday, October 3 at 9:00 PM ET with a profile of Moon. The one-hour, NFL Films-produced documentary focuses on Moon’s football career, beginning in high school and all the way up to his current career as the radio analyst for the Seattle Seahawks.

Warren Moon: A Football Life features interviews with Moon, his former wife Felicia Moon, his children Jeffrey, Chelsea, Joshua and Blair, his former agent Leigh Steinberg, former teammates Cris Carter, Ernest Givins and Bruce Matthews, and more.

NFL GameDay on NFL Network – Sunday Starting at 7:00 AM ET

NFL Network’s ‘GameDay’ coverage kicks off Sunday, September 28, providing more than 15 hours of live programming every Sunday during the regular season.

Start each Sunday with NFL GameDay First at 7:00 AM ET, the first NFL pregame show on television. Host Melissa Stark and analysts Sterling Sharpe, Shaun O’Hara and Michael Robinson provide the first analysis and news reports of the day’s games.

NFL GameDay Morning, the most comprehensive pregame show on television, airs at 9:00 AM ET and takes viewers right up to kickoff. HostRich Eisen and analysts Steve Mariucci and Kurt Warner are joined by Hall of Famers in Marshall Faulk, Michael Irvin and Warren Sapp to discuss the upcoming games four hours prior to kickoff. NFL Network reporters stationed around the league provide up-to-the-minute reports and interviews from the game sites, while NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport offers the latest on what is making news around the league. Additionally, Michael Silver, Andrea Kremer, Mark Kriegel and Steve Cyphers provide in-depth feature stories each week.

At 1:00 PM ET, NFL GameDay Live is the only show that delivers in-progress highlights of all of the 1:00 and 4:00 PM ET games, as well as live fantasy updates and reports, live press conferences and 1-on-1 interviews, and live reports from game sites.
