DIRECTV’s expanded French Open Experience is an interactive service that takes the viewer into grand slam tournament action with six court channels, an immersive interactive application and now two extra days of late round coverage of one of tennis’ most prestigious events. The action begins May 22 on the clay courts of the Stade Roland Garros in Paris. Teaming up with Tennis Channel and ESPN, DIRECTV is offering the service, with its early round bonus coverage, trademark HD Mix channel and interactive menu features, free of charge to its customers. The French Open will also be available in 3D on DIRECTV’s exclusive 3D channel n3D™, (channel 103), airing May 28-30 from 5 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET.
