Sirius XM Radio has selected which broadcasters will get a spot on the satellite radio dial as part of an agreed-to spectrum set aside with the FCC. Howard University, which owns urban AC WHUR-FM, Washington, DC will get two channels. Salt Lake City public radio station “Classical 89” KBYU-FM owner Brigham Young University will also get one channel, according to Inside Radio.
