CBS Radio VP of strategic programming Tom Bigby is leaving the company after 23 years. Bigby was apparently largely responsible for the programming and content at WJFK, when the station changed formats from talk to sports, and essentially created 106.7 The Fan. He’ll remain a programming consultant to CBS. Bigby says CBS had been looking for him to work on several new projects but it would have required he move from Dallas.
