When the NFL re-opens for business, Kolb will likely be available in a trade. The biggest issue will be Washington’s lack of early round draft picks that would enable the team to have adequate compensation for a starting NFL quarterback, particularly within the same division. Based on recent comments, Arrington only seems to want either Donovan McNabb or Cam Newton as the Washington QB.
