FOX earned a 4.0 overnight rating for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Coca-Cola 600 from Charlotte on Sunday, even with last year’s race (4.0), and down 9% from 2008 (4.4). The 2009 race was postponed to Memorial Day due to rain.The 4.0 overnight is tied with last year as the lowest for the race since FOX began televising it in 2001, according to SMW.
