‘Money Demo’ Drives Web Radio Growth

Online radio gained ground in 2015 as listeners aged 25-54 tuned to the medium in record numbers. No longer just a habit for 12-24 year-olds, half of Americans aged 25-54 listen weekly to AM/FM radio stations online or to streamed audio content available only on the internet, according to new findings from Edison Research and Triton Digital, reports Inside Radio.
