With jobs on the line, training camp heats up. The Falcons fly to Houston to take on the Texans in two mid-week scrimmages, followed by the second preseason game. Competition for the backup quarterback job intensifies.
A 30-person NFL Films crew is at the Falcons’ training camp at team headquarters in Flowery Branch, Ga., shooting more than 1,500 hours of footage over the course of the series. Camera and sound crews have unencumbered access to the players’ and coaches’ meeting rooms, training rooms, living quarters and practice fields.
