College and NFL Hall of Fame player and broadcaster Dan Dierdorf is joining the University of Michigan radio booth when the Wolverines take to the gridiron this fall. Rights holder IMG College announced today that Dierdorf will handle color analyst duties alongside 34-year play-by-play announcer Jim Brandstatter. Michigan football airs on flagship “Newsradio 950” WWJ, Detroit and about three dozen stations, reports Inside Radio.
